He leads a multidisciplinary team delivering physiotherapy, exercise physiology, Pilates, and cutting-edge recovery services.

Passionate about movement, education, and community, she creates supportive spaces for clients and provides strong training and mentorship for her team, bringing heart and vision to every studio.

Matt is an accredited Exercise Scientist and part owner of Performax Science with almost a decade of experience working with populations that fall under the umbrella of Rehab, Performance & Health. Specialising in Strength and Conditioning, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Athletic Development Matt designs and oversees personalised exercise programs that help clients improve mobility, stability, strength, explosive power and speed.

LANG
Jack is the Head of Exercise Physiology, specialising in evidence-based musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance development. With extensive experience restoring function, improving movement capacity, and building strength across all stages of rehab, athletic performance, and chronic injury management. He also works with clinical populations, including those with cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurological conditions, providing safe, evidence-based exercise interventions.

Chris is a physiotherapist with over five years’ experience and a keen interest in hip, knee, shoulder and sporting-related injuries. He focuses on clear communication, plans and outcome based rehab to help people get back to the activities they love. He prides himself on creating a supportive space where people feel confident tackling their goals. Outside the clinic, he’s usually in the surf or training for a halfa.
LUKE STEVENS
Luke is a UK-trained musculoskeletal clinician with Masters-level study, skilled in diagnosing acute and chronic injuries through detailed history, movement testing, and biomechanical analysis. With experience in professional sport and private practice, I assess joint, muscle, tendon, and nerve conditions, delivering clear, evidence-based guidance to support effective, patient-centred treatment planning.
Rachel lawson
Rachel is a senior physiotherapist with over six years experience in sports and clinical rehab cases. Rachel has a strong interest in return to sports protocols and bases her treatment around high-level strength and rehab parameters.

Rachel specialises in the rehabilitation of ACL injuries, shoulder dislocations and Achilles tendon injuries. Rachel enjoys working closely with runners of all levels, helping them manage and prevent common running-related issues through tailored, evidence-based treatment and load management strategies. She also has extensive experience in post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, and enjoys seeing clients achieve their goals.
JOHN SCHULZE
John Schulze, a Clinical Exercise Physiology Honours graduate, has experience in sports injury and postoperative rehabilitation. He uses a multidisciplinary approach at Performax Science, working with physiotherapists, dietitians, and specialists to guide treatment timelines, educate patients, and support safe, effective recovery.




Ash has a strong focus on women’s health, she supports individuals through pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and peri-/menopause transitions using safe, evidence-based exercise strategies. Working with athletes of all levels to optimise movement, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance. Her expertise extends to pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation and injury management. Ash also specialises in the management of chronic conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis/osteopenia, and a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns.

Chev is an experienced allied health professional with a strong background in high-level sport, bringing expertise in movement, rehabilitation, and performance. A lifelong Sunshine Coast local, he’s committed to supporting his community, specialising in personalised NDIS services that empower individuals of all abilities to achieve meaningful, life-changing outcomes.

Lucas is an Exercise Physiologist who’s passionate about helping people move with confidence. I specialise in strength training, injury management, and supporting those with chronic health conditions. Using an evidence-based and personalised approach, I focus on building strength, improving function, and creating sustainable long-term results for every client.
CURTIS THURGOOD
Curtis is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who turns evidence-based nutrition into practical strategies. With experience as a former carpenter and military veteran, he offers holistic support across Veteran Health, Sports Nutrition, Gut Health, and Chronic Disease Prevention. Curtis empowers clients to create sustainable, long-term lifestyle change.

Chris is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong background in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and performance-based care. He has extensive experience helping clients manage musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, return-to-sport rehabilitation, and performance outcomes through evidence-based treatment.
With a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning from Edith Cowan University and experience working across private practice, NDIS, and elite sporting environments including Brumbies Rugby, Chris combines clinical knowledge with practical coaching to deliver results that last.
Jono being is a Senior Exercise Physiologist with five years of professional experience working with clients to improve quality of life, sports performance, injury rehabilitation and with NDIS support.
With experience working across multiple sports, chronic health conditions and acute musculoskeletal rehab, Jono has expertise and a developed skillset to successfully combine evidence based rahab with real world performance plans to deliver long lasting results with driven clients.
Holden is an accredited Physiotherapist originally from Manchester, now based on the Sunshine Coast. With degrees in Sports Therapy and Physiotherapy spanning eight years, with experience ranging from gritty rugby clubs to boutique London clinics.

Holden's specialties include shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, referred neck pain, running injuries, and hybrid athletes training for marathon, Hyrox, and Spartan events.
