Nick is a Sports Scientist specializing in rehabilitation and high performance sport bringing professional sport experience and tailored allied health to athletic and general populations. Nick's passion cultivates through fundamental movement patterns underpinning athletic development and injury resilience.

Having played sport at an elite level alongside serious injuries as a consequence of movement imbalance and poor foundations, I am driven to work in this areas as an agent of change.

Kitti is an Exercise Scientist specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, womens health and disabilities. Kitti has an underlying passion for  musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and women's health playing a pivotal role servicing both men and women of all ages in our clinical settings.

Kitti holds a high professional standards and advocates exercise as medicine. I am driven to be an agent of change through exercise prescription and health.

NATHAN SOONG

Operations Director/  Sports Scientist

Nathan is a sport and exercise scientist devoted to improving quality of life through prescribing a holistic approach to fitness catered to specific needs. With an extensive  sporting history representing at both a state and regional level.

 

Nathan understands the physical demands placed on the body as well as the impact it could have if the body isn’t prepared optimally. With a specific interest in injury prevention and strength and conditioning, Nathan provides individualized care because one size does not fit all.

SAM OXLEY

Sam is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with substantial experience working in the private sector as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Starting his career as a strength and conditioning coach, he then moved into the clinical field. His approach to prescription addresses the whole body to determine the root cause of the condition rather than treating the symptoms.

 

Sam’s attention to detail is derived from his philosophy, that it isn't necessarily the exercise that is being performed, but HOW that exercise is being performed that can ultimately make the difference in your rehabilitation outcomes and performance goals.

CHEYNE LEE

Team Leader/ Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Cheyne completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast and has since worked as an AEP in multi-disciplinary private practise as well as being a disability support worker.

She passionately believes exercise is medicine in helping people improve their independence and lead happier, healthier lives with their loved ones. With her warm and bubbly personality, she will ensure you feel supported and empowered to achieve your health goals.

Accredited Dietitian/ Sports Dietitian

Nicola is a practicing dietitian specialising in nutrition for endurance sports, weight management, and diabetes management. Nicola is particularly passionate about nutrition for running, cycling and triathlon. Nicola also has experience working with a wide range of health conditions, including weight management, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal conditions, osteoporosis, and vegan and vegetarian diets. Nicola works with each individual to find the approach that will work best for them. Nicola is passionate about utilising nutrition to optimise performance.

Jack is an Exercise Physiologist originally from South Australia and brings significant experience working within a Multidisciplinary Allied Health Team. He enjoys working closely with allied health professionals to ensure best client outcomes, and bases his philosophy around moving with quality to achieve client goals. Jack works with all clinical populations; but in particular has a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, metabolic disorders, assisting development of functional strength and enhancing sporting performance.

Lucas is an Exercise Scientist, speciaizing in rehabilitation and general population. Lucas's experience derives from his own previous experiences with injuries and has developed an interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and general population.

 

Lucas understands what it means to live with an injury and has a passion for rehabilitation and helping people achieve their goals.

Through her own competitive sporting commitments, Ash understands first hand the stresses placed on the body and is passionate about helping others transform into the strongest and healthiest version of themselves both mentally and physically.
