Nick is a Sports Scientist specializing in rehabilitation and high performance sport bringing professional sport experience and tailored allied health to athletic and general populations. Nick's passion cultivates through fundamental movement patterns underpinning athletic development and injury resilience.

Having played sport at an elite level alongside serious injuries as a consequence of movement imbalance and poor foundations, I am driven to work in this areas as an agent of change.

Kitti specialises in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, women's health and disabilities. Kitti has an underlying passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and women's health playing a pivotal role servicing both men and women of all ages in our clinical settings. Kitti is currently studying her Masters of Physiotherapy to pursue her passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation further, Kitti holds a high professional standards and advocates exercise as medicine. I am driven to be an agent of change through exercise prescription and health.

Matt is a Sports Scientist specializing in rehabilitation and high performance sport bringing tailored allied health to athletic and general populations. Matt's passion is youth and athletic development deriving from a profound experience in Sunshine Coast sport.

Matt has a profound attention to detail when it comes to exercise and rehabilitation. I am an experienced allied health professional with an interest in strength and conditioning and injury prevention. I understand that everyone is different and should be treated so.

Sam is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with substantial experience working in the private sector as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Starting his career as a strength and conditioning coach, he then moved into the clinical field. His approach to prescription addresses the whole body to determine the root cause of the condition rather than treating the symptoms.

 

Sam’s attention to detail is derived from his philosophy, that it isn't necessarily the exercise that is being performed, but HOW that exercise is being performed that can ultimately make the difference in your rehabilitation outcomes and performance goals.

Rhys is an Exercise Scientist, specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, offering allied health to both athletic and general population. His goal is finding a ‘Stronger Version of Yourself’. Rhys knows that everyone is different and should be treated so to reach their goals.

Rhys enjoys a variety of sports. With experiences in the gym and on field training, Rhys’s has a profound attention to detail and passion to educate others about exercise.

Jack is an Exercise Physiologist originally from South Australia and brings significant experience working within a Multidisciplinary Allied Health Team. He enjoys working closely with allied health professionals to ensure best client outcomes, and bases his philosophy around moving with quality to achieve client goals.

 

Jack works with all clinical populations; but in particular has a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, metabolic disorders, assisting development of functional strength and enhancing sporting performance.

NICOLA PEARCE 

Nicola is a practicing dietitian specialising in nutrition for endurance sports, weight management, and diabetes management. Nicola is particularly passionate about nutrition for running, cycling and triathlon.

 

Nicola also has experience working with a wide range of health conditions, including weight management, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal conditions, osteoporosis, and vegan and vegetarian diets. Nicola works with each individual to find the approach that will work best for them. Nicola is passionate about utilising nutrition to optimise performance.

Tristan is an exercise scientist, specialising in athletic development and performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Tristan’s passion for strength and conditioning stems from his involvement in numerous sports and has a strong desire in improving himself to provide specific exercise prescriptions for a variety of client populations.

 

Tristan has a profound attention to detail when it comes to exercise and rehabilitation. I love being apart of the journey, no matter what stage someone is at, I want to guide them towards achieving their individual goals.

With a passion for strength and conditioning, Jake's experience in sports such as MMA, Soccer, and Rugby, including playing and coaching rugby in Hong Kong, has fuelled his drive to improve himself and provide tailored exercise prescriptions for diverse client populations.

 

Jake's sharp attention to detail when it comes to exercise and rehabilitation sets him apart. He is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness and strength goals, and his passion for the field ensures that he is always up-to-date with the latest developments and techniques.

Chev also has a keen interest in working with NDIS clients from which he wishes to create life changing experiences. Chev believes that everyone deserves access to high quality treatment and have the ability to reach their goals through individualized exercise programs.

Juliana is an Exercise and Sports Scientist with 12 years of experience working with a wide range of clients. Juliana specialises in working with sports specific goals, injury prevention, strength and conditioning and pre/postnatal clients.

Juliana’s passion for strength training/injury prevention, consistently learning and educating others stems from her own desire to build a body and mind that is strong, mobile and ages well.

Juliana believes that functional strength and stability can be achieved through consistency and the compound effect, however, there is always room for fun and celebration along the way.

Jun currently works with  the Brisbane Roar and Wynnum Wolves and enjoys training young athletes to become fitter, faster and stronger.
